Let's calculate a summary of everything 'America' has ever done and try to determine a one line 'mission.' Here's what I came up with: We the people killed the indians while making rich people richer while eating nachos while listening to Billy Ray Cyrus. A fine mission indeed.

By this she seems to be implying that A: all minorities emanate from Mexico, and B: that the 'Taliban' can be reached by crossing one of Mexico's borders. That means the Taliban could be in one of three places (Afghanistan is not one of them): Guatemala, Belize, or The United States.
